At the heart of YAZHL is Mrs. Jayalakshmi, a devoted mother who learned the art of traditional Chettinadu cooking from her mother and grandmother. These treasured family recipes were passed down through generations, preserving the authentic flavors and wisdom of home-cooked food.
For years, she lovingly prepared wholesome meals, health mixes, and traditional foods for her family using carefully selected ingredients and time-honored methods. Friends, neighbors, and relatives who experienced her cooking often requested the same products for their own families, appreciating the purity, taste, and authenticity behind every preparation.
What began as small batches shared among loved ones gradually grew into a larger vision—to preserve these cherished family recipes and make them available to more households without compromising their traditional roots.
That vision became YAZHL.
